Banabas began working for me in 2015. He has completed many landscaping and masonry projects, including laying concrete for three porches and laying pavers for two sidewalks, three large patios, a gazebo and a pergola. He also has completed drywall work for me. I have never seen a person work as hard as Banabas, even though I spent part of my life at a foundry and at a farm. He possesses incredible physical strength. He can outwork two other men. He is efficient. He takes pride in his work, and he stays with the job until done right. Over the years, Banabas has come to be a good friend. During his many days of working for me, I often had lunch with him. His family has visited with my family. I know him well. If you are looking for quality renovation services, then Modern Ridge is the place to go. Their services are exceptional. I bought a new home in vail. The yard came standard with dirt, rocks, and gravel. Since I have littles kids in the house, I was forced to replace those with pavers, and turf. Reached out to a couple construction companies, but their quotes were a little too high comparatively. Modern Ridge sent me one of their agents, Barnabas, a great guy, very professional.
